Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately we do not at this time. 

How long will it take to process my order?
Please allow for 1-3 business days to process your order. Please also note that our warehouse operates from 7am EST-4pm EST and any orders placed after closing will be counted as placed on the following business day. Please take this into account when reaching out regarding order status. 

How long will it take to ship my purchase? 
Shipping times can vary based on location, but on average will take anywhere from 2-7 business days. 

Who can I contact if I am having issues ordering online?
Feel free to contact us 24/7 and we will do our best to reply within 24 hours of your query. 

What happens if I don’t receive my order?
If your package states delivered but you are unable to locate it, please reach out to the shipping carrier first! They will have more insight on the location of your package than we will. Once you've reached out to the shipping carrier, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to assist you further. We may need a case number so be sure to keep that on file.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a refund for the item(s) minus any return fees*.

Returned undeliverable packages are subject to our standard 3-5 business day processing time. You may be contacted to see if you would like your order re-shipped for an additional shipping fee. If a response is not received within our processing window then the return will be processed and you may place a new order.

*Return fees vary per package and are non-negotiable. You are being charged for the cost of the package being sent back to us.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All items are final sale. Please send us a message if you have any questions about an item before purchasing. Please note that we've included all major flaws in describing items. These items are pre loved and do have general wear and tear. 

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
This store is powered by Shopify, widely considered one of the most secure e-commerce platforms in the world, and all payments are processed through them and Paypal Express. You can read more about PCI compliance and Shopify's security here.

Where do you source your products?
We have been in the second-hand wholesale industry for over 25 years. As a result we have access to an extremely large volume of clothing and we are able to carefully curate the very best for our website.

What currency are your prices listed in?
All of our prices are in CAD. 

What size am I?
Sizes on all of our products vary and we have best tried to include as many details as possible. When possible, we include the clothing brand and their size so there is a reference for our customers. Please note that due to the high volume of items that we add to our site and to maintain our low costs, occasionally an item might may be mis-categorized. We make the best effort possible to correctly describe and categorize each item. 

How do I care for my thrifted items?
As all of our products are second-hand, we recommend cleaning them upon receiving your order. Please check garment tags for care instructions.
